As a handicapped person I was dismayed to find their Vintage Items Department was located on a second-floor level. Used to shop here regularly on the off chance something might be clean and in useable condition. Watched as another patron purchased some items. Her son had brought her to shop for Christmas gifts. After the customer and her son left but in full view and hearing range of other customers this customer was ridiculed and made fun of because she had been so pleased with her purchases.
