Crowded with things everywhere. I didn't know where to turn or what to look at. Looked like a junk store. Staff extremely rude and dismissive. They cared more about the 20 or so cats and where they were than helping me. I left feeling I was a bother to them and I was better off outside of the cats den than inside where is felts duty hairy and clutter and needing to watch my step so I didn't fall over something.
