After my first visit to this fine treasure store, I no longer shop at Neimin Marcus, Saks, Nordies, need I go on??? Feragammo's just like new for guess, you are right under $20. St. John's knits, original oil paintings, brass anitques...A tour of my wardrobe and my home, and one would assume I was well-to-do, well I am. The staff is delighful, savvy on wardrobe coordination, and cheerful. The most important detail of this treasure is it's mission. The staff are all volunteer for those of us who no longer have our health. I am one of them, and happy, healthy I feel every time I visit. The manager, has style, and is knowledge is all aspects of running a tresure filled business for the characters of McLean...Kudos to the manager and her fine selection of volunteers. A savvy woman. This is a great charity shop -what a shame the last reviewer had a bad experience with a bug! Most likely a stink bug as I shop there once a week and notice that they are outside on the trees and bushes that surround the shop. Why not inform the volunteers about it? Again this is a charity shop with volunteers and many customers do not realize this so they like to inform them. I did notice that the last reviewer rated customer service as average even though they were not greeted to her liking. The prices are great and they have half off on books, silverware, artwork and other items this month.
