I donated here and I was told to put it by the back door with 3 clerks standing at the cash register,very rude. My friend made a purchase and the manager forgot to put it in the bag, when we got home.my friend didn't have her purchase we called to get a rep yelling to the manager talking back and forth about us, finally the girls said the manager said she thought you didn't want it. I paid for it! I gave up and hung up. 0 customer service never going back and it is dirty, had to wash e erything I got...twice over just in case. (Read More)

I couldn't figure out the way items are displayed. I was looking for some electrical items and had to look by color?? Stupid way to display items! Looks like no one ever straightens anything and prices are way too high for worn, dirty or torn clothes. These items shouldn't even be for sale! Looks like a junk heap instead of a retail operation.
