Hello fellow thrifty shoppers!
I would just like to state that St. Vincent De Paul, just as many other thrift stores, receives FREE donations from the public to help in the support of their store. Personally, I feel as though if something comes at you free of charge, and you want to turn around and sell it, that you should do so at a reasonable price in order to get it out of the store and to put some money in the register which then can be used to help out who you say you're helping.
However, the St. Vincent De Paul located at 601 E. Hwy 50 in Clermont, Fl does just the opposite.
I have not been in this particular store for some time. However, I used to be a frequent shopper. The prices once were very reasonable which lead to many people leaving the store with arms full of good deals. That has since changed here in Clermont. Now under new management by a man named, "Netesh," the store has done a complete 180 and sky-rocketed their prices so much that I plan on not going there anymore to do so-called "thrift shopping."
