New dress for my granddaughter
« on: November 07, 2010, 08:49:28 PM »
I was blessed with a brand new granddaughter on my birthday in May. I am still so excited! I was in a thrift shop in Kanab, Utah, and found a pretty pink sheer curtain panel. I made a dress for Amelia using the curtain: You can see it here:

this dress turned out so cute! It only cost me about $2.50 to make, but it is a treasure for her and her mother.

It's funny how that once you're a parent you really notice cute babies, she's adorable!

thank you! I wish I could see her in it in person, but she lives in Maryland with my son and I am in Alabama right now.
