I liked the old store sooo much better before the (remodel) Takes so long to get help when you donate items.. the line at the checkout is very confusing to everyone there waiting to pay,,, the manager is anything but nice to the workers ... Its fantastic they are working but that lady doesn't seem to have much patience for them learning new things.The brookpark store is much more unorganized but the prices are better and the employees seem like they like their jobs there.

Great shoes here for reasonable prices!! Some are almost new. Very clean store. I wish they had more jewelry, though.
