Was getting help to buy something. They waited too long to help. Someone else grabbed it and they wouldn't do the right thing and let them know it was already taken. Look at the nice clothes they get for free, which is few and far between, they have a big X on them. They won't allow the poor to get them with a voucher. I thought they claim to help the poor. They just use them to take away their clothes that won't sell. I must admit though, they feed them which is nice, so it's not all bad.
