Used to be a good store. Went to using 'bins' for most of their donated merchandise. No rhyme-or-reason to how things are sorted. Found one shoe in this bin, then found its 'mate' 3-bins over. V-E-R-Y disappointed, but it seems this is the trend Goodwill is following. Won't shop here anymore.
A lot of haters on here about this store. It was turned into a discount outlet store around last summer. Waaaay cheaper pricing then traditional Flagstaff Thrifts and they put new stuff out, literally every 15 minutes! It's an awesome experience for the true treasure hunter. You pay for most items by the pound...I found a pair of vintage Levis, paid $1.78 for them and sold for $500 on Ebay...sweeeeeet deals. Love this place! And you can see they're using the money to employ people with disabilities.
I use to drive up from Sedona and this was my favorite resale store, but they have made some MAJOR CHANGES. no racks just huge bin with tons clothes that you have to dig through. I hate it and my time and my time is way to valuable to dig through tons of clothes . WHAT WERE THEY THINKING. DUMB DUMB DUMB.
This store has a new store manager thaqt has really made a huge difference. The store looks completely different and better pricing cleanliness all around. I quit shopping at this store for a long time now I go there every day.
