they recently re-did this store and mixed all the xmas stuff from the other bld in.. it kinda was a turn off now we used to go every weekend and spend usually $20 every trip... we have been in twice since the redux and all the xmas stuff is just a turn off. probably wont stop in now except every few months. PUT THE XMAS BACK IN THE OTHER BUILDING!!!!!

I am the call on person when family and friends do home customer service varies from pretty good to down right rude recently. Customers should not be made to feel they are inconveniencing the help when needing assistance. This has been the atmosphere there recently.

It's a bit high-priced in the furniture resale dept...almost as high as new.

I have spent over $1000 in this store, was RUDELY refused to leave a too large item until the next day. I will NEVER go back!

While it is a unique place to shop, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. They follow you around, stare, and they are rather rude when answering a question. I've been many times but I won't return.

Prices have been going up since they first opened. Prices are more retail than resale now. Also customer service is sporadic - it depends on who is working the front desk. Good selection of items.

First thrift shop experience in Kerrville. Nice layout of items, most of which were a little overpriced. Still, couldn't pass up a particularly adorable wooden cow. I'll be back!

There is a lot of new stuff in this store, the prices are a bit steep have been here about 4 times and have never bought anything.

Well organized and loads of vintage and interesting items! Usually some kind of sale happens every Wednesday!

This is my new favorite thrift store. Displays are creative, prices are great, staff is friendly, lots of vintage items. I'm hooked!

I was totally impressed with this shop and it was a pleasure to shop there. As of Friday, it is our favorite resale shop in Kerrville! Everything is displayed attractively, the merchandise is high quality and fairly priced. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
