Store Profile

Very clean and organized. Clothes are seemingly clean (i.e. not soiled or noticably stained, no detectable smells). Items are well organized and grouped together for ease of shopping. Prices were mostly average with some being rather high for thrift. There is a designer rack which is rather subjective as to what one would classify as 'designer'-Aeropostale is not designer in my opinion. Each week there is a sale on different colored tags. The downside is that the staff on the day I went was pretty rude, or maybe just indifferent. There were a few volunteers and/or staff in the store, they all looked up as I walked through the door and the bell jingled, but not one uttered a friendly "hello" or "hi". Same thing when checking out, not a "thank you" was uttered. In fact the only words spoken were the total amount of my purchases. This may not be a huge deal to some, but for a Christian based "business" this is rather unkind. I know children that have better manners than were displayed here. I will go back because it is convenient and benefits a good cause, but it would be nice if the staff/volunteers would improve on their people skills.

This store is great!

A very freindly and helpful staff work there. Good prices, especially the $1 clearance rack. I like their mission also.

I enjoy the shop and the staff. Very friendly and the selections are changed every time I visit. I like how items are on sale every week. The only down side rewally are the short hours.

I absolutely love this shop! I find almost everything I need. The store is very organized and the staff is so nice.

We have donated and shopped here for years and it is always a plesure to see Jerry,Joan and Sarah as they are always so happy and helpful and take the time to talk with you.There has been a change in pricing which is way too high for the items, some things can be purchased brand new for less money. Some of the voluntteers and other customers have commented on this also.Hope they go back to reasonable prices once again!!!!

I absolutely love going into this shop. I can be having one of the worst days and all I have to do is enter into this store. The Christian presence is so awesome. I exspecially love it when Jerry is working. He is so out going and friendly. He always has a beautiful smile and radiates God's love. I think he is the greatest blessing Tri-County has added to their staff in a great time. I have been a shopper and given donation for thge past 6 years.

Joanie, our customer service person, was wonderful! My sister and I found beautiful dresses and a variety of wedding accessories for my wedding! Joanie's enthusiasm and kindness simply abounded as she assisted us with everything we needed. She was so helpful and so excited about my family and my wedding story ... Joanie was like an Angel! I think they have an excellent selection of clothes, and the staff are very friendly. I buy something every time I'm there!

I have shopped this store several times and have donated several times. I love this store and will continue my great relationship with all the wonderful people working there.

This is a fun place to shop. I always find something that I can use and the price is right. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Good organization and very clean.
