Store Profile

This store is horrible. The lady that manages is rude and crabby. They follow you around and you almost have to be rude to be left alone to browse. Their price or very very overpriced. They organize their clothes by color, it is a nightmare because you have to go through to find your size. I just give up and stop looking. The employees stare at you and never smile and act like you are doing something wrong. You cant look at half the items because they have them blocked with carts unloading stuff. They wont offer to move so you can get through . The aisles are very narrow I don't know how any one in a mobility unit could shop there. The Salvation Army is a wonderful organization but many of the employees in Brainerd manage to make you feel unwelcome and uncomforatable. They need new management at the store.and they employees need smile and welcome people. It should be a happy fun shopping experience one where you leave smiling, not one that makes you feel frustrated and stressed when you leave.

MOST THINGS ARE WAY OVER PRICED, STORE IS UNORGANIZED, YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO SEE MOST OF IT. THE NICE ITEMS ARE PUT UP FOR AUCTION, THEY HAVE 2 NICE EMPLOYEES THE REST ARE CRABBY AND DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU. mANAGEMENT IS VERY VERY RUDE. tHE PRICES ON CLOTHES ARE NOT REDICULOUS! SHIRTS FROM 10 YEAR AGO THEY WANT 4 TO 5 DOLLARS FOR THEY WANT

Clothes were organized by color. NOT GOOD!

Toys sales have been discontinued due to the many recalls. Electronic items other than telephones rarely make it past the dumpster - mostly clothing and household knickknacks.
