Dirty, barely anything in story and massively overpriced. Could buy in antique store for less money.

They've tried to clean the store - removing the nasty dirty carpet but never bothered to replace it. Prices are climbing higher and higher which is sad for an area with a high senior citizen and low income population. Salvation Army is getting very bad reputation in this part of SOCAL for high prices of donated items. Many, many damaged and soiled items as well.

Several of the women working here were very rude to me, yet "friendly"(and I use that word very loosely) to patrons they knew. I don't NEED to shop at this location & will NEVER return. Terrible customer service skills. Also, it took 20 min for someone to finally open the fitting room for me, & no one told me it locked when I came out... So I had to ask to be let in again...and wait and wait.

The thrift store has come along way! Staff is helpful, store is clean and organized. Pricing varies and does not reflect uniformity. Overall it is a great store with plently of parking. Also, the first friday/saturday and third friday/saturday of every month is 50% off. You just have to remember it is a thrift store and everything is used!!
