all of the workers are volunteers, so more money goes to the animals. prices are way too high on clothing someone happens to think is in style. the only time a price is fair is when it is on sale! good cause, bad management

I love this store , but today on 5-10-07, my elderly mom had an incident with a dog almost running her down. One worker wouldn't write an incident report or even give her name. She should not be working there. Shame on her. Other than that we love their treasures. Hi prices on some things. Could b lower.
