The clothes are in a subterranean basement that is poorly lit and crowded with too much old and hideous stuff. There is no dressing room or bathroom, and it often has a musty odor that seeps into all the merchandise. That said, sometimes there are terrific finds there - and the staff seem to turn a blind eye to brands, so an Armani sweater will have the same price a Merona. Go figure.
