Prices are on the high side. No public restroom; there should be one for paying customers. Very large store. Could be cleaner. I'm eager to see the new store supposedly opening at a new location; there were signs in this store about a new one.

New Management brought NEW pricing and it was WAY to high. This was one of my FAVORITE places to buy books, not anymore. :( ON the other hand the staff is super!! All very friendly & helpful just can't "help" with the overpricing! The store gets a 5 for everything but PRICING.

Very friendly and helpful people. The program is great for the homeless too.

The employees are always very nice. Somethings are priced very good others are a little high.

Recently they have gone up so much in prices! I have seen things I can buy new in the store for that price. Wont buy from here again-used to be my favorite. Not anymore!

some things priced higher than new articles especially in lap covers area

Recently who ever does the pricing is marking things way too high. They need to research and stop charging high prices for items that are broken and garbage.

I love this place. Their prices are always great, so I always leave with piles of stuff.

Everything is very clean and organized and there is a large selection of books in a nice corner to read.
