Customer service is not their priority. Although I have a dependent military ID and spent all 20 years of my husband's military career with him, I could not get the military discount because he was not with me. They ruin clothes by price tag placement creating holes. Some clothes should have never been put out at any price. Skimpy shelves.

Certain customers get preferential treatment -- are allowed to go in the back room and pick over stuff TOTALLY UNFAIR

Great store! Lots & lots of merch. with reasonable prices. Parking lot crowded, but I went on a half price sale day.

Usually picked over because of it's central location, anything "good" is horribly overpriced ($100 for a mediocre fake fur vitnage coat) and the manager calls two local retro furniture dealers if anything nice comes in so forget about finding anything cool in the way of furniture. This store used to be one of the best but has fallen way below par.

Pretty tidy, but shelves are often poorly stocked. Not much available in the way of 'odd finds'. Lots of nice clothing though.

Wednesday is family day, which means 1/2 clothes and kitchenware, sometimes furniture!
