Its a nice huge store w/lots of new, to gentle worn items, however, you could probably go to an outlet & pay less for the clothes/shoes, the furniture is either hit or miss, & you have to jump on an item, it'll literally get pulled out of your sight, if you don't hold tight to your merchandise, overall, Lots of Quality, but Way overpriced for a Thriftstore
The only thing good about this GW is that they have alot of nice stuff, mostly new, and used, which is why I think they feel they can overcharge....Target/Walmart/Susie's Deals is a WHOLE lot cheaper. The prices on the shoes is ridiculous, ($20 for a pair of used Nikes?) your better off going to a Garage Sale & getting it for alot less.....SHAME ON GOODWILL, how do they expect ppl who try to makes ends meet afford to shop there? try the less known Thrift stores, you might be surprsised at what you find, try FREECYCLE, you get the same things for FREE!!!
They have choice clothes/shoes/home decor etc...however, I have to agree w/everyone else, they are overpriced. Their customer service was low, I stood at the counter while two dimwit young women where too busy chatting, & had the nerve to ask someone else to ring me up! I hope they aren't paying their employees w/the profits they make from their customers, if thats the case I would rather shop at Target, better customer service (they actually speak better english) & cheaper...
Definitely not thrift store prices. Walmart & Target items for more what normal retail is. Customer service is horrible!!
clothes are pretty expensive. nice selection of books, knickknacks, etc that aren't too expensive.
