They are no longer a charity. Fully retail. Might as well shop at Wal-Mart... and I hate Wal-Mart.

Not a thrift store all new merchandise

Remodeled, but came back as a "home store", with items that are way overpriced, although new. Reminds me of a dollar store, and there are one of them on every corner!

Who had the idea to ruin our Goodwill in East Ridge where you could find all kind of neat stuff for practically nothing. I won't be back. Too high priced and no bargins.

This is one of my fav Goodwill. I always find great deals. Jeans are pricey here, $7.49! I only look for the color of the week on pants! The staff is great here!

Just a very poor Goodwill all around. It's tiny, and cramped. The selection is poor, and the employees are less than lovely. Not to mention, they don't give student discounts? I thought that was Goodwill policy. Whatever.

It is organized, but overall, I dislike the flat-rate pricing unless it is something that they can put on Goodwill.com. All the good stuff never hits the floor, and goes to New York or L.A. I would like to keep it local, and also know of someone who has received their "job training" or more than the one service animal. Bad Karma.

I have found some wonderful things there, from vintage wrought iron to most of my wardrobe--prices can be higher than retail sale, though, seriously! Be discerning!
