This Goodwill is not good.The "customer service" here sucks. Speaking with a random person out and about he agreed...and used hand quotations in describing the customer service here. Extremely rude associates on the floor stand around and gossip and make the place very uncomfortable with strange behaviors. Go and see....it's common knowledge around State College. Trashy help, trashy items....no thanks. This used to be a nice store. It went way way downhill. It is harder and harder to find quality items and to do so is not worth the hassle, ugly attitudes, incompetence and rudeness. This was once one of the best now it's probably the bottom of the barrel. The folks that represent the place say alot about the place and it says...well find out for yourself...

The price compared to other good will stores is a bit outrageous, some items you can buy new for less money! The clothing is organized well but everything else is scattered all over. Also agree there aren't many nice things there, maybe they get bought right away, or maybe they do not even make it to the floor :O

Great bargains to be had, but inform yourself what's marked down. Be sure to read the color coded sale sign at the front, and look at the 29 cent clothes racks at the back of the store. No kidding, I have received many compliments on my 29 cent clothing.

After their recent relocation, the State College Goodwill's prices jumped and their selection (particularly in the way of older or vintage clothing) shrank. If you want modern, "mall" clothing at a lower price, this is the place to go.
