I always go back because there is one very sweet smiling lady at the desk, I feel very welcome and am greeted when I arrive. The store is very very clean and well organized.

Have tried to donate miscellaneous items several times and been turned away with bizarre reasons for their "wanting only certain items." Will not waste my time anymore.
