I've been going to this little thrift shop since the 80s. They've always had nasty volunteers sadly outweighing the few nice ones. However pre-lockdown I always found gems, not anymore. When they reopened post lockdown they raised prices quite a bit making most things not worth it. They also did away with the discounts which I think will hurt them as I keep seeing the same things not moving. If it's not broke, why change it? I no longer go there often like I used to but when I do I find the same overpriced boring merchandise unlike before when there would always be fresh new things. I can deal with the nastiness by ignoring them, but I won't pay their high prices for outdated but not vintage garbage. Store has been going down hill over the past few years. The workers are being replaced by people that want to chat amongst themselves & rush you out. Most of the nice things seem to be taken by the staff and not offered to the public.
