A great selection of everything. I love that the toys are mostly above the reach of kids so they're not destroyed. No dressing rooms and you can't return anything. They don't speak much English. Great jewelry selection.

I thought their prices were over priced for used stuff. This is a thrift story and should be thrifty. They would have more traffic if they offered lower prices for their goods. DISAPPOINTED!

Like others, I've been displeased that Unique has jacked up their prices as they've grown more well known. But this is a for-profit thrift chain, not a charity. I don't usually go for the clothes -- I like the jewelry, handbags, hats...things like that. I've found some great jewelry -- A found an exact pair my mom gave me; I bought them for 2.00 where as she spent $20 for them retail (she had really like them when she bought them, so I bought the second hand pair for me and returned the retail pair to her. Now everyone is happy!)

I think this store has suffered from popularity- when I first started going, it was relatively unknown, and the prices were better, but now it seems like everyone knows about it and the prices are insane. I hardly ever find good deals here. The selection is still better than average, though a little more picked over than it used to be, regardless of what time or day I go.

When I first started going to this store, the prices were reasonable. The old managers are no longer there, so I assume that it has a new owner, now prices are too high, 9.95 for a blouse, 6.95 for shoes, too much. I do not go there very often any more.

WAAAAAY over-priced! Fact- owner is in business for himself. Buys by the truckload from Cedar Lake Lodge then re-sells at a HUGE mark-up. Rarely will you find a good deal at Unique.

I love, love, love this thrift store! I've found Gymboree, Gap and other great brands. I even found my daughter's Catholic school uniforms! Every Monday is 25% off and sometimes if a holiday falls on a Monday, they make it 50% off. I've always been happy with what I get at this store!
