Well organized. Customer service & Pricing comparable to other local Goodwills. Selection is lacking compared to the Goodies in bigger towns in the area (ie Chicopee, Spfld).

   Books are way overpriced. Clothing is also on the high side unless you hit a colored tag day then it is reasonable. They have really put effort into cleaning up the store and improving the look. Overall worth a visit but dont expect to find any really great bargains.
