I want to make it clear that my review of such high numbers is based on the "priced based on weight" section of the store, and not the regular GW next to it, which is very clean and well-organized, but was like a dollar store in terms of merchandise donations. The "price based on weight section", I believe, was a dollar a pound. This was my first experience with such a practice, and I was sure I would turn up empty-handed. Imagine my delight when I found a pair of DOLCE Y GABBANA jeans, made in Italy, that fit me perfectly! I don't have that kind of experience at Sak's Fifth Avenue. I also found the most cuddly GUESS flannel shirt. My entire purchase came to 2.06. I can't believe I got so lucky. I NEVER find clothes at the thrifts in this area. It is dusty and musty, so be prepared to dig. But hey! At these prices, who cares? A fellow thrifter told me that you can find really expensive stuff in there on a "good day". Definitely worth a stop, but be prepared to get dirty.
