Hey Y'all!

I wonder if the stars are connected in some ways that makes us all thrifters? 
So, fellow thrift-aholics: What's your SIGN?

I'll start:  My name is Secondhand Sophisticate, aka SeSO on The Thrift Shopper Forum, (in background:  "Hi SeSo") and I am a CANCER sun, born in July.  For those of you "into" (as we useta say back in the 70s) astrology, I am also a Cancer moon, Cancer Venus, Cancer Mercury and Cancer Uranus, all located in my natal chart in the EIGHTH house of death, rebirth, regeneration, and sex, LOL. Cancerians are lovers of the past and history, and are the "collectors" of the zodiac.

So, c'mon now, 'fess up:  I told ya mine, now y'all tell me yours!

Mrs. Goodwill:  Nice to meet you and welcome dear Libra, our first Air element to the list! Librans love balance and beauty and are ruled by Venus. Wooohoooo!

Taureans are also ruled by Venus...strong and sexy!

Pisces are ruled by Neptune...mystical and dreamy. Elizabeth Taylor is a Pisces.

i was born on the cusp of pisces/aries- march 19.  i find myself being more pisces though.  it's also the day that the swallows fly to capistrano (or so my uncle has always told me).

What's amazing is that of the 8 or so respondents, 2 of the birthdays are shared by siblings of mine.  Think of the odds on that.  It would be 8/365 X 5/365 (I have 5 siblings).  That's assuming that all 8 respondents have different birthdays, which they do, and that my 5 sibs have different birthdays, which they do.

I'm not sure of the math now.

Oh well.

So far, Bellas:  Three Cancers (Water element); Two Pisces (also Water element); Two Libras (Air element); and One Taurus (Earth element).

What we seem to be lacking here is are any Fire Sun Signs...Aries (though we do have an Pisces/Aries cusp), Leo, Sag. 

Any feisty Fire signs out there in Thrift Heaven?
