Most Wanted Classified Ads Rules and Requests

We've recently added The Most Wanted Classifieds to the forum. They are meant as a way for all thrift shoppers everywhere to help fellow thrifters find any thriftable items that are on their wish lists.

To place an ad, log in to the forum and click on the classifieds icon.  Then just basically describe what you're looking for and how much you'd be willing to pay for the item should you find it in a thrift store (plus reasonable shipping costs, no handling charges, please). You can include 2 images per ad and you can place 3 ads at a time. Each ad lasts 90 days.
I collect unopened airline playing cards, and I'd be willing to pay $1 plus up to $1 shipping for each pack that another thrifter might come across.
Please look at the two ads I've placed and the ad that Jay2TheRescue has placed.
We've actually had some success with the classifieds so far. Cookie found Jay2TheRescue a phone he was interested in and he was happy we bought it for him.
Zed Simon also sent us a bellydance record that Cookie was looking for.

If you're a dealer and are just looking for an item for your own enjoyment, fine, but no reselling. Anyone caught using the Most Wanteds as a way to get cheap things to sell on Ebay will be banned for the forum entirely.

Yes!  I absoloutely love the phone that Cookie bought for me.  It turns out that the phone she bought for $3 was in a somewhat rare color, and was in excellent condition.  She in turn sent me a pic of a phone that she was looking for, and I just happened to have one on hand so I sent it on its way to her.  Now we both have phones to covet!  This works, and I'd like to see more listed there so everyone can enjoy the thrill of the hunt.  You get to learn about items that you don't necessarily specialize in, and how often do you find an item at a fantastic price, but then don't buy it because you don't collect it, and don't know someone who does.
