I picked 2 framed prints of owls up yesterday.  They are numbered 15 and 13 out of 100 and are signed N. Hull (it looks like).  I can find NOTHING on the artist.

Does anyone recognise or know anything about these?

Sorry I can't be of any help. I collect owls and there are a lot of prints, paintings, etc.. from the 70's and early 80's.
