Stopped in at GW to see if anything was new.  Found two cute jumpers for fall in Lily's size.  Yeah me!   Smiley  Also found a book Cat Dreams by B. Kliban.  Says its a first edition, but who knows?  I bought it because of the cute cats in it.  Is there a way to find out if it in indeed a first edition?  Thanks for the help & happy thrifting.

I would try a search on amazon or other book seller sites & see what numbers are suppossed to be on the publishing page of the first edition.  There usually is a line of numbers under the edition.  Kliban cat stuff is fairly collectible.  When I was a kid my Aunt sent us Kliban cat pillowcases one Christmas (which I still have) so I have always had an affection for them.  I bought a Kliban cat mug at the SA for 50 cents and sold it for $25 so maybe a first edition book is worth something too!

Kliban cat - I call one of my cat's that all the time - she's fairly round with a tiny head, just like they are!  Very collectible items.....
