Today I had a fun time shopping.  I found an early 80's convection oven in nice condition for $20, a white Western Electric model 2500 telephone in nice shape for $7, and a vintage cook book for $2.

The greatest thing about the convection oven is that I can put it on the counter in the garage, and now I can bake without heating the house up.  PLUS, next time I'm entertaining I will have TWO ovens at my disposal.  Nothing can stop me now!

No, I haven't taken any photos.  By the time I got home, I attempted to fix the a/c in my truck, but since I had left the dome light on the day before, the battery was dead and it took me the rest of the evening to get the truck started and in running condition.  I'll have to take pics later, maybe tonight.

OFF TOPIC -

What happened to the a/c?  Does it simply need a recharge or has one of the components failed?

Either way, good luck with it, Jay.

There were two issues with the a/c.  The ground wire attached to the blower motor was going bad, and the fan would no longer operate at full speed (replaced wire), and it was a little low on Freon.  Both issues are resolved at this time, and I'm nice & cool again.
