www.shopgoodwill.com is pretty cool.  Over the last year I've bought an electric guitar and 2 pairs of cowboy boots for very little money.  Yesterday I submitted the winning bid for J. Crew corduroy coat.  It's in great shape and similar ones on J. Crew's website listed for upwards of 100 smackers.  I paid 5 clams.  Ahhhhhhhhhhh....sweetness.

Congrats on the coat, Sprock. You are really doing well in the clothing department. I bet you look great. What color is the coat?

Thanks for the nice comments...I may possibly buy too many clothes =)  I do my best to donate what I don't wear though.  The coat is brown.  I like it's simple shape and classic look.  I'll post a pic when it arrives.  I hope it fits well...that's the only risk with buying on-line.

I'm going to hold you to that picture posting, Sprock Smiley Smiley

I do the same thing, always thrift back what I don't use/need any more.  Make room for more great stuff to enter.

Does certainly sound like a good buy! I hope you're delighted with it when it arrives.
