ohmygosh! i stopped into this nice thrift store i never go to (location issues..) and half the store was christmas stuff, including christmas music and tea and cookies! the place was happenin'! they had incredible decorations. i almost got a nutcracker doll, but i realized i didn't need it (even for $4). they had done such incredible merchandising. i think there should be some sort of recognition for the volunteers who do such a great job displaying someone else's castoffs.

I collect handmade felt ornaments and the kits to make them and strangely I haven't found a single one this year!  It's so weird, because last year I found a ton of them, super cheap!  My neighbor was having a garage sale last year and gave me a bunch that his mom made, and I found a ton at one of my favorite little church thrift for 25¢ each.  This year all I have found so far were some cute hand crocheted ones at Renningers (that weren't as cheap as I would have liked either!)  Send me some good thrifting vibes that I find some good felt ones next Saturday, K?!
