Yesterday I found two pink butterprint Pyrex dishes at the Sally for 5 bucks.  One lid had some baked on crap, but it came off with a magic eraser sponge.  These are the first pink butterprint pieces I have come across so I was pretty happy!

I have NEVER seen that pattern in pink, and I deal in Pyrex.  I have only seen it in teal blue.  Congrats on your awesome find!

Nice find.  That would be a good price in any pattern and color, but you scored some rare stuff.

Thanks!  I ran into a thrift friend of mine today and told her about the pink butterprint as she picked up a few pieces of the aqua last week.  She said she saw those earlier and there had actually been a few other pieces (little fridge dishes, etc.)  So I feel really lucky that other people saw them and didn't buy them all up, although it would have been sweet to have been able to snap them all up, keep a few pieces and sell a few pieces.

My roommate says if you want to part with your pink Butterprint pieces, she'll buy them.

Thanks for the offer, I will keep it in mind.  My friend who saw the butterprint when it was first put out said there were 5 or 6 pieces originally.  If i had been able to snap them all up I would sell a few, but since I only have the two I think I will hold onto them for now.
