Today I HAD to get out of the house and went to a couple thrifts here in Vero. At my 3rd stop after finding nothing of great interest, I went to the "old" Goodwill in town. (The "New" one opened up about 2 miles away and we're stoked!) Anyhow I found some great "New" Wave" that I had when I thought I was cool.

I scored:
Depeche Mode's - "Speak and Spell",
                         "A Broken Frame",
                         "Some Great Reward"
                         "Catching Up With Depeche Mode"
                         "Music for the Masses"

The Cure's - "Japanese Whispers"
                 "The Head on the Door"

New Order's - "Substance"

I absolutely had all these in my collection at one time or another. And with the cassette deck Big Daddy Audio gave us, Cookie and I can remember the good ol' days of my reckless youth.

Great tunes!  When you buy old cassettes do you record them onto CD's or listen to the tapes?  I can't deal with rewinding & fast forwarding so I would have to put them onto a CD if I wanted to listen to them.

I listen to them on cassette players
What I should do is get a cassette to usb thingy and record them on my hard drive. Then I can burn them onto a cd..
