I mentioned in another post that I have been finding nice scarves at the food bank thrift where they only charge a buck for them. I wasn't in the market for any more, but I saw a 100% cashmere Nordstroms scarf w/ tags today and couldn't pass it up. For some reason the cashier only charged me 50 cents too! Later at the Sal Army there was a new Pashmina Indian paisley shawl/scarf for $6.00, which is more than I usually spend on any one item, but I think those scarves are pretty expensive too so I splurged. Scarves are a really big accessory item now, also I could really impress someone and make them think I spent alot of money on them by giving one as a gift!
I finally found a few half-off items at the Sal Army that were nice, a pair of old navy new looking skinny jeans & aeropostal sweatshirt for my daughter for 2 bucks each.
