Cleaning out the garage yesterday I found a blowmold Santa in his sleigh that I forgot I bought earlier this year from Sal Army.  While looking on Ebay last night for deer to go with the sleigh, I find this auction :  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=250184051792&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:PIC&ih=015   I start looking at my sleigh - it's almost the same one - mine is smaller and different colors and my Santa has presents behind him where this one doesn't.  I coudn't find any other sleighs like the one I have at all.  Notice that that auction ended up at $202.50!  Thump thump - mine is awfully cute but wow if mine would go for 1/2 that it'd be Xmas money.   Grin

I didn't even notice that.  Mine still has the plastic runners though and couldn't find any other design like it.  One never knows in the world of Ebay.  LOL

That would be great if yours is worth that much wouldn't it.  How much smaller is yours?  The one on ebay was 33" and 41".  Now you have to decide if you want the money or to keep it.  If you really love it then you should keep it.
