I was in my favorite thrift store in South Phoenix and I was looking through some albums. I was shocked to find 5 Kate Bush 12 inch records. Each album was in it's original plastic un-opened! To top it off, the reason I was looking at records at all was they were having a sale, .25 cents each.  I got...

Hounds of Love
The Dreaming
Her Red Shoes
The Kick Inside
and The sensual World

all for $1.25 + tax!

I like her stuff a bit, but from from a collector's point of view it's a very nice find.

Nice find, indeed! Up here in LI, you can't get anything for $1.25, let alone 5 records. Nice change from the usual Mathis-to-Mantovani stuff that every thrift is afflicted with.

A couple of my best were near-mint copies of Elvis Costello's "Almost Blue" and Jennifer Warnes's "Famous Blue Raincoat." "Raincoat" is highly regarded in audio circles.

Kate Bush.... great find.  I never find anything but Sing along with Mitch  Lp's.  That reminds  me, did I ever return that cd I borrowed from a Good Buddy of mine?
