I'll take the black one...  White ones are a lot of work to restore properly.

It's been over a decade that I haven't had a home phone.

I don't have a landline either.  I have a bluetooth adapter that I can plug these phones into and use them with my cell phone.

 Shocked

That sounds awesome! Where do you find something like that? I'd love a vintage phone like this, but not having call display, etc would make me nuts! LOL

Nice finds.  You can fill those center slots with artwork, numbers, graphics, whatever your heart desires.

I have a bunch of these, all working.  These rotary desk phones are built like battleships, and finding one that DOESN'T work is pretty rare (at least in my experience).

I use one next to my bed - the chances of needing to navigate a digital switchboard while in bed are slim.

I have a Phonelabs Dock-N-Talk.  My review of it is listed here:  http://forums.wirelessadvisor.com/general-wireless-discussion/61978-phonelabs-dock-n-talk-pots-adapter.html

Wow, I never new this was possible.  I just got rid of my landline a few months ago and still have my rotary phones.  I do like a regular receiver better than the cell phone so I think I will look into that option- great info thanks!
