Presenting the find of the year (this far):

a ring my sources tell me was originally given to a cast member or crew member who worked on Casablanca. Grin Grin Grin

Found in a box of old jewelry I got from an auction.  When I found the ring it was practically black.

It's cleaned up nicely and is now in my Etsy shop.

Antiques Roadshow is coming to Pittsburgh this summer (I'm in Philadelphia), and I have requested tickets.

Don't know if I'll get them, but I sure would love to see what the appraisers have to say about the ring.

This has long been a fantasy of mine: to go on Antiques Roadshow with the most amazing thing any of them have ever seen, and when the cameras are turned off, they're all pleading with me to sell it to them.
