I was able to go to 2 thrift stores yesterday, and at the Salvation Army found some great fake pumpkins that look already "carved" and they light up.  There are three of them and they are all different.  At 99 cents a piece, I couldn't pass them up.

It was interesting to me that there were lots and lots of holiday items out.  Halloween and Christmas stuff galore.  Not so much for the holidays we have already had this year, which is what I expect to see.  Maybe they were lacking in other items and just wanted to stock the store?  Anyone else seeing lots of holiday things?

I don't really notice holiday stuff unless I'm actually looking for it.  I'm sure there is some holiday stuff out, but I couldn't be sure of what or how much.

That is all.

Sounds like you had a good find! Congrats! That would be SO much harder to get around Halloween.

I noticed a TON of Christmas stuff at this weird little used furniture/junk store this weekend. A whole aisle dedicated to Christmas. But I think unlike many of the thrifts, they don't put things away and then get them out seasonally.
