I had by far my greatest find last Friday.  I found a Tracy McGrady game worn collection plaque.  It has a huge piece of his jersey, is from upper deck, and was numbered to 140.  I couldn't read the price tag and thought it said $62.00.  I almost fell over when the woman said $2.00!  I would have paid $62.00.

I'm a huge sports fan, so this really made my day.  If anybody has any advice or locations for finding great sports collectibles please let me know.

I've never seen any good sports collectibles at a thrift besides a Tom Brady Patriots Jersey (not game worn or signed).  I should probably look into which Air Jordans are collectible as I see those once in a while.   You probably found about as good of a sports memorabilia piece as you'll ever find at a thrift!

My mom was a big Red Sox fan in High School & collected baseball cards & had alot of the big players like Ted Williams.  When she went off to collge she gave all the cards to some neighborhood kid.  They'd be worth a fortune today!

My father would have paid the $62 also. Nice find!

Wow, that's amazing. That's an incredible deal.

Remarkable what people get rid of. That would have been something I'd have been SURE they'd know had value.
