I found a stainless steel serving dish today at GW. It looked Danish Modern (which makes my heart go thump, thump). Etched on the back were: Made in Denmark 18/8. The handles look to be teak. It has three little compartments for maybe olives, pickles, and cocktail onions (do people still serve those onions?). I paid a whopping $2.02 for it!

As always, I looked it up on Ebay when I got home, and there were others like it, different shapes. Nobody seems to know what company made these, just Made in Denmark.

Something I passed up:  A vinyl ice bucket signed Georges Briard on bottom. It's kind of haunting me. I might go back for it. It was pricey, though - $5.00!!

That's an odd coincidence. I passed by a Georges Briard ice bucket in the GoodWill at about the same time!
