I am SO glad you posted this.  I have a squirrel nutkin figurine that I dug out of a box of stuff my aunt was going to donate.  It's been sitting on a shelf in my kitchen for years.  Turns out its worth a hundred dollars!

After watching this...then checking on eBay I was very surprised...there were over 4500 sold items and 3200 current items listed!  When I stopped by Goodwill kept an eye out...no ceramic figures but I did find a children's book...here is a pic...it's a counting book - it has the sliding bunnies and each page says to count out the right number...FUN!

Who'd of known...I never would have picked up a ceramic critter to check before!!  --but I will now!

Thanks - plus I signed up for future video's from this lady...pretty cool!!

I have some of her small books - always loved "A Tale of Two Bad Mice" because of the dollhouse in it......

I have a Beatrix Potter shower curtain, which I picked up (it appeared to be brand-new) at a local SA last year for .99. It's on my shower stall right now.  It has Mamma Bunny and little bunnies in different scenes on it and it says "Once upon a time" and the company name and date, I guess: F.W., 1987. y

It is amazing how much of the stuff we run across in thrift stores is collectable to someone out there and they'll pay big money to get it.  Coca Cola, M&M, Mr. Peanut, etc.

It's a lot of fun to see something and then research to find out what it is, how much can I get for it, and hopefully also discover why it is worth so much to collectors.
