I think I hit a treasure.  I can't find one like this. I have seen one that is a globe and one that is a lighthouse.  Any direction appreciated.  I saw someone pick it up infront of me at the GW and gasped.  They put it back down!!! Yay! It weighs about five pounds and is engraved with a loving message. It all WORKS :O)
Under $3.

I have seen the Angelus clocks or clock/barometer combos on Ebay & they get good prices.  I am sure your piece is worth some bucks, I would put it up if you want to sell it, I don't think you would be disappointed.  For stuff like that I just put it up at a reasonably low opening bid & see where it goes, if the demand is there you will get a good price.  If you have a local auction house that you trust you can also inquire if they have any upcoming auctions in which the piece would be a good fit and you may even get a better price for it.
