Funny this topic came up recently, there are never usually any good vintage cookbooks at my thrifts, but today which was 1/2 price day I got a 1956 American Woman's cookbook no dust jacket but lots of old advertisements inside.  Also a 1950's Pan Am airlines cookbook, Cooking Around the World or something like that.  Not that I would try cooking airline food recipes, but the dust jacket was intact & has a colorful design.
