Value Villages seem to be the store up here in Ontario. Was up north to take a class this week and of course did the thrift hunt. Found some weird international themed tees and one of my favorites: a vintage boombox in near mint condition. It sound really good and will be a great addition to my collection.

When class is over I'll be camping in northern PA not far from a golden GW. Can't wait!

That sounds like fun, did you notice much of a difference in the Ontario thrifts vs. U.S.?  Here's a blog about thrifting in Toronto:

I wanted to live there at one time after H.S. so I applied to the University of Toronto but did not get in.

I did not see too many differences in the store formats. Although prices (in spite of the exchange rate) seemed higher.

But that wonderful thrift aroma was present!
