In the last several weeks I have been running into several 70's style lamps, thanks to chuch and charity tag sales, not the thrifts which have been fairly dead lately.
The best lamp was the one purchased yesterday at a charity sale that takes place on my street every year. It is a Martz Marshall studios pottery lamp I got for one dollar. The shade has some water damage though- is there anyway to clean a lampshade?

I always love this sale because it is good & junky with alot of interesting things to pick through. I picked up a few vintage Nikon cameras with lenses & accessories for $15 bucks too. Lots of other goodies I just don't have room for too, so I had to pass, I wish there were more sales like this one!
There was a flurry of church sales in the past month and I was able to get a mod swag lamp and little space age ball lamp for $1.00 each too.

And last for lamp finds I found a vintage fiberglass drum shade for one of my Salvation Army teak lamps I posted here before for 2 dollars at a church sale. I almost bought a shade at Home Goods just a few days earlier, glad I decided to wait.
Thrift store continue to be sparse. I did find a vintage Lily Pulitzer skirt in my size for four bucks on Friday, so there are still occasional finds that keep me going back.
