Hi - Welcome to the board - What kind of things do you look for?  With the exception of foreclosed real estate (guessing, although I don't think it's been mentioned), I think pretty much every aspect of thrifting is represented by the members here.

Thanks for the warm welcome.  Right now I look for vintage linens, vintage ephemera, silver pieces, silver mercury pieces, pillows, just about anything really.  Today I hit Goodwill and scored 3 awesome silver mercury candlesticks for $1.99 a piece, I was happy.

Hi Pinkmocha...welcome.Yes you came to the right board.I got addicted to thrifting about a year ago.I'm hooked.
I collect vintage handbags and love vintage costume jewelry.I also have another love(besides my Marine hubby) and it happens to be pin-up art from the 1940's to the 1950's....the tasteful,classic stuff.I love Bettie Page,Betty Grable and Marilyn Monroe.
But again welcome,and i agree with everyone else,cool name.
