Wife showed me this sight (pedeka). She mentioned a site full of other people who can't seem to drive by a thrift store without stopping in to check it out.  I had to check it out.  I'm afraid to say what all i collect in case she sees this... (J/k)

I bring home tools, books, random electronic doo-dads, and stereo equipment, toys, records, whatever seems to strike my fancy.  I dont really collect one single thing as such.  (speakers don't count right?,  its not like 6 pairs is alot.)

My biggest beef with any used stuff sale is tools priced as antiques or art objects instead of what they actually are... tools.  I just brought home a craftsman band saw for $10.  Its parts for the same model i brought home from GW for $25.  Love the 50's craftsman small shop tools.

Welcome, you will find lots of like minded folks here.  Like you I collect lots of stuff.  Too many things prolly.  I am more of an amasser than a true collector.  I buy what appeals to me at the time.  My faovirtes though are old needlework and linens, hand made pottery, cookbooks, interesting yarns and pieces of fabric, scarves, jewelry and vintage crazy cooking gadgets, the more complicated and useless the better.  I don't use them, I have them on a board in my kitchen.  (Give me my food processor anyday.)  Have fun here.
