Love this site.  I'm heading to the DC/VA area for labor day and I got a bunch of shops to check out there from this site.  Thanks for the resource.  Hope to hear from other Pittsburghers!

There's great thrifting in Pgh, too. I went to Cal U in the late 80s and the Goodwill on 51 had yielded many great finds over the years. Now I'm a fan of the Red White and Blues.

Have fun in VA!

best thrift store in DC area is Goodwill in Rockville you'll find it listed here.  Not much in the way of thrift stores in DC. I went with a friend for a drive up 81 to NY. We stopped at all the thrifts stores! Loved Jubilee especially the discount room. Laughed at the sigh out front said thrift store and bolonia outlet! Favorite was the humane society thrift store up a mile from the Blue Mountain Thrift store in Annville PA. Its not on this list I would add it but can't find my paper with the info. Its very upscale with low prices.
